Search Methodologies

How to Engage Us

After you have completed your internal search and are ready to engage the executive search services of NetCareers, please do the following:

  • Contact us via phone or E-mail to inform us your search requirements. You can also fill out our online Request Form. Once received we will contact you to schedule a meeting or conference call with one of our search consultants.
  • Following this meeting, we will agree on specific deliverables and a pre defined and agreed to mutually acceptable time line and hiring process. We will submit clear milestones beginning with us crafting a search strategy and ending with our follow up call after the candidate has started with your organization. At this time we will also submit a Contract for Services and for your approval.
  • After we receive the signed Contract for Services, we will immediately initiate your search. Because every client is unique and has different recruitment goals, we will customize our search process according to your parameters. However most searches take about 30 (thirty) days.

The Placement Process

Here is a brief summary of the placement process. A more detailed summary will be provided to you prior to us kicking off your search. Our search methodology is based on over thirty years of proven experience with the largest search firm in US, where the principle of NetCareers began his executive search career.

As soon as we identify a candidate or candidates who meet your criteria and have expressed an interest in pursuing a position, we will do the following:

  • Schedule job interview. NetCareers will schedule a confidential interview with the candidate.
  • Briefing/Debriefing. Following your interview, we will want you to call us to discuss your reactions. We will also discuss your interview with the candidate. (This process also applies to all subsequent interviews.)
  • Closing/Offer. When the point arrives at which you and the candidate both feel there is a good match, we will verbally communicate employment terms and conditions to the candidate. The terms and conditions must be completely accepted by the candidate before we will submit a written offer so that any remaining issues, concerns or details can be resolved.
  • Acceptance. Upon signing the offer, the candidate will be advised to contact you directly.
  • Long-term relationship. NetCareers will continue working with you and your new executive to help build and develop your staff.
